Swoop would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchanges.

Return Policy: 

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted for full-price merchandise in new condition with original tags attached. Items must not have been washed, worn, or altered.                                                                                                   
  • Full refunds are available for items returned within 10 days of the original ship date. Returns must be mailed via a trackable delivery method. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Items returned after the 10 days of the original ship date will receive store credit only. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. 

  • To expedite an exchange for a different size or color, please place a new order online to ensure product availability. Return your original item, and once received, a refund will be processed. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, but we will ship your exchange at no charge.

  • All swimsuits and jewelry are FINAL SALE. Sale items are also FINAL SALE.

  • Orders shipped internationally are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. While we strive to work with reliable shipping carriers, unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the delivery carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
