Return / Exchange Policy
Swoop would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of full-price merchandise that is in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered. Returns must be made within 10 days of the original ship date and must be mailed via a trackable delivery method. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit to us. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
To expedite an exchange for a different size or color, please place a new order online to ensure product availability. Then simply return your original item. A return refund will be processed as soon as we receive your item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees however, we will ship your exchange to you at no charge. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of Sale Items as those are final sale.
Return items postmarked after 10 days of the original ship date will receive store credit only. Holiday exchanges/returns will be for store credit only.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
