The brightest star is also part of a multiple star system orbited by Polaris Ab and Polaris B. Ursa Minor also seems motionless while the other stars of the northern sky appear to revolve around it. But no fear this star isn’t self-absorbed, if you follow it’ll help guide you north. Press the foot of the super star to make it glow!
Polaris Ab and Polaris B are both blue to white main sequence dwarf stars. Polaris Ab is about 1.04 times the mass of the sun while Polaris B is about 1.4 times the mass of the sun.
